When I go into my clients homes to help them organize and decorate part of the process is showing them they do not need to buy the majority of what they have. I save my clients thousands a year by showing them alternative ways of functioning in their home. You don’t have to do this perfectly all at once, but please do try to incorporate some of the below suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Stop Buying Plastic
We all lived without it once and we can again. Use glass, copper, and silver. Kids can play with wood blocks instead of Lego which I would make illegal if I could. They charge a fortune for those plastic blocks bc they know parents don’t know how to lovingly say “no” to their children, then I watch people dump bins of lego in the garbage.
NOBODY KNOWS OR TALKS ABOUT “THE GREAT LEGO SPILL.”
Stop cleaning with toxic chemicals
You don’t live at the CDC. This toxic shit goes down the drain and into our water system as well as pollutes our indoor air. Instead use water, vinegar, baking soda, and essential oil. Baking soda will clean your tub, sink, toilet, and the vinegar for your surfaces. You don’t need anything heavy duty. This is idiocracy insanity. Capitalism doesn’t care about giving you cancer and killing off species in the ocean and ground. Please of the love of your god STOP!!!!!
Fabuloso is the #1 cleaning product used in North America and it is one of the most toxic poisonous liquid and we pour it down the drain.
Ask your house cleaner to use essential oil mixed with water and vinegar. Borax and baking soda for the tougher areas and laundry.
Stop buying liquid hand soap and body wash
Use bars. Imagine everyone did this…the plastic pollution from this alone is out of control.
Stop throwing a sponge into the ocean once a month
Washable Sponges - I’ve had my same 4 washable sponges for 8 years. I put one in the wash every time I do a load. Imagine everyone did this?!!?!??
Buy 4 of these. Ask your grocery store manager to order them.
These sponges will last years. I use nothing else.
Stop using dryer sheets
Use dryer balls - never buy dryer sheets again which are toxic and all choke the ocean.
Stop using paper towels to dry your hands or clean with
Use tea towels and rags instead of paper towels. Put a little basket to collet the dirty rags under the sink or in the pantry. We can save so many trees. Women refuse to get rid of their hoards of tea towels and yet they never use them. Make it make sense!
Stop buying air fresheners and scented candles
Any home that has these will give me an instant headache. Open your windows! The smells needs to escape not be covered up! This is why old people and nursing homes smell bad….they don’t get any time outside or have open windows. It’s insane.
Stop buying bottled water
Buy a Berkey water filter instead. Stop buying plastic and especially bottled water. You’ve been cucked and simped by capitalism. You got grifted. You got taken. And now you have microplastic in your balls and ovaries.
Stop buying overpriced toxic face and body lotion
Use olive oil and coconut oil, stop drinking alcohol, caffeine and just exercise, like J Low. All of these lotions are snake oil. Everyone gets old (starts about 40) but the real fountain of youth is avoid stress and stop ingesting toxic crap and use your muscles!
Stop buying overpriced pet food that give your animals cancer and kidney disease
Make your own in big batches and freeze it. Do this at least some of the time.
Stop buying “smart” appliances”
They all break in 6 months to a year and end up in a landfill. You don’t need your fridge to call grandma or tell you the weather. You don’t need a stupid tacky Roomba because it will just end up in the trash. I get my best ideas when I do mundane tasks like sweep and the dishes. It gives your brain a rest and allows time for you to problem solve without you even realizing it.
Stop trying to fill your hole by buying stuff
The only way to fill it is to give! Volunteer or garden or plant trees.
Stop getting overpriced low quality food delivered
Instead meal prep and freeze your meals. So much money saved and weight gain averted.
Stop buying fast fashtion and bullshit luxury brand name clothing that is made for $5 in China and Indonesia and marked up 5000%
Shop at thrift stores. If anyone likes you for this that doesn’t mean they are cool or good. It’s superficial embarrassing stuff. Any relationship that is dependent the superficial will never last.
Stop using Roundup and anally clearing debris
Get rid of your lawn…invest in native drought tolerant pollinators. Add a fountain for the birds and bees too as a treat and to block noise pollution. Reduce your gardener from every week to once a month at most. Their is nothing wrong with debris but there is something wrong with the horrible noise pollution and idiocracy of watching a blower push the leaves to the street. THE BUGS AND CREATURES NEED THE DEBRIS. Leave it! (Pun intended).

Stop washing your car
If I were President I would make it illegal to wash your car more than once every six months. It’s a waste of a precious resource. We only do it to impress others. I washed my car for the first time in 6 months the other day and it was covered in LA dust in two days. We all need to come to terms with the fact that we are living in a MAD MAX or INTERSTELLER like existence where the dust and top soil is eroding bc we are too busy trying to fill our holes.
Stop subscribing to everything
Unsubscribe from everything! This is the way we take down the fascist regime. Use Demus instead of Spotify. Use Chromecast instead of Apple TV (free TV). Just turn it all off and lay still….I promise you your life will change for the better. You’ll problem solve and be better rested.
Stop having children
They consider us blood bags and they need labor to create their capital. Take away laborer and consumers by stop having kids. The capitalists will hate this so please do it.

They are tacky and ugly and they they are the biggest cause of pollution and modern day slavery. They should be free JUST LIKE THE INTERNET SHOULD BE FREE because nobody can live without them. They are a necessity to survive like water. Companies should be forced to take back all the old wires and cords and recycle and repurpose them. They all just go into landfills and the ocean!
Stop going to restaurants and stop tipping

And whatever else you can from corporations that treat animals inhumanely and raise your own. If I had my own home I’d have my own chickens and a goat and a pond and fruit trees….herb garden, vegetable patch…bee hive…You can’t do this alone though so we need to buy land and start communes.
Stop taking your kids to Disneyland
It’s a capitalist hellhole. Instead take them camping or to do volunteer work so they don’t grow up to be shitheads like all the shitheads that exist today. Raise them to be anarchists who’s self worth and value doesn’t come from having the newest car or the latest brand name luxury bag.
